Hi! My name is Erika and I am a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, passionate Health Coach, specializing in Alternative Healing.

My holistic journey started in 2015, I dealt with a very intense health battle with Interstitial Cystitis, Vulvodynia, Fibromyalgia, severe digestive issues, chronic hives, chronic urinary infections, chronic vaginal infections, acne, and so much more. At the time I was 21 years old  and the quality of my life was unbearable, prompting me to make drastic diet and lifestyle changes. By the grace of God and all His natural resources, I eventually healed.

In healing my own body, I developed an insatiable passion to help other people get out of their pain and overcome their illnesses. For the past nine years, I’ve dedicated myself to deep study in areas that god guided me to. I have also decided to further my education and pursue a career in the holistic health field.

Throughout the years, I have worked with countless souls who have completely reversed diseases that were labeled as “incurable”. Witnessing people regain their health had been my greatest blessing.

In addition to teaching others how to heal and maintain their health, I am driven to raise awareness about all the harsh chemicals that are in beauty, skincare, cleaning products – even in products labeled as non-toxic and organic. This inspired my love for creating homemade products.

The goal is to have a platform where people can purchase my products, book client consultations with me, access knowledge and healthy recipes, and have a place where I can blog about my passion, freely.

Above all else, my mission is to share the immense joy I have in God’s Health Message – the human body can be completely restored back to health by supporting its innate healing ability.
